CAN ANYTHING BE CUSTOMIZED?

Basically….yes! That is the fun part of customization. It all begins with an idea, special event or the hunt for something unique. If you see something you like, but want to change the color(s), image, font, wording, etc. it's not a problem. The creations are limitless. I take pride in making products that are done with quality, so I will never take on a request/order that I can’t do with integrity.  

CAN YOU DO LARGE ORDERS?

Yes, I can do large orders if there is advance notification of request/order and significant time allowed to complete the order. It is helpful if the review process is timely and decisions on final mock-up can be made efficiently, so I can complete the order.

HOW QUICK IS YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME?

This really depends on what the product is. Some products can be made in-house and some products may require certain supplies to be ordered prior to assembly. It is helpful when you place the order to let me know your deadline. I will be honest and transparent if the timeframe doesn’t work. Most products can be done within 7-10 days. Long-term planning for large orders (t-shirts/sweatshirts/hats) would be advised.

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE / RETURN POLICY?

You will have an opportunity to review and approve your product mock-up prior to it actually being created. You will approve color, text, design and/or artwork. Because the products are customized, once you approve everything and product is made there are no refunds. During the review process, my primary goal is make sure you are happy with the results. I pay close attention to detail and care to be sure the product is something you would be happy to wear, use or gift.

DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?

Yes, products can be shipped. Shipping and handling cost(s) will be added to the invoice total. Depending on your timeframe, I can ship items next day, first class, priority or priority express.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT(S) DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash, Check (made payable to Kelly’s Customized Creations, VENMO (QR code is attached to invoice.)

HOW DO I WASH THE CUSTOMIZED APPAREL?

Your apparel has been pressed with a product called Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV). To increase the longevity of this apparel, here are some helpful tips.

1. Wash the garment inside out and with cold water and like colors.

2. If you dry the garment in a dryer—-be sure to put it on LOW heat setting. You can also hang the apparel to dry.

3. If you need to iron the garment to take out any wrinkles, you should place a light dish cloth or parchment paper over the vinyl so there is a protective barrier between the iron and the vinyl. Do NOT put an iron right on top of the vinyl. The other parts of the shirt can be ironed without parchment paper or dish cloth.
